Hey all,

It is our 10th week in China. So much time has gone by in the blink of an eye. Unfortunately, it not that good of a week to go sightseeing in China. This is due to the typhoon that’s heading to Taiwan, a Catergory 5 one in fact.

More info about the typhoon can be seen here: https://weather.com/storms/typhoon/news/tropical-storm-typhoon-nepartak-pacific-east-asia

Lucky for us, Zhejiang only suffered from just some heavy rainfall and some occasional strong winds. Seeing that most of the time is spend indoors,  it means that our theme has more time to spend on doing our environmental visualisation project – such fun :D.

The competition date for the aliyun competition and that of the product launch display is drawing nearer as more time passes.  We will not be posting any images regarding either for this week, but we’ll definitely show you guys something in due time.  Look forward to it. That’s all. Adios, amigos.

In order to deliver the desired work, mathematical skills (statistics and data analysis) and graphics designing skills (photoshop and Illustrator) are crucial in presenting the environmental data in the simplest and most accurate manner. Programming skills such as Python, Javascript and C+ are part of the required skills of the project as the data has to be represented in an application.
