We participated in a trail walk event by the east coast of Korea. The trail is a small part of the Haeparang trail (around 770km long) in Korea. It’s really cool that you can take the coastal trail from one city to the next. The event is kind of like a leisure walkathon that is accompanied with the beauty of the Korean east coast. They are very welcoming to international participants and even prepared our country’s flag for us. On the way we would meet fellow local participants that asked us where we are from and struck up a conversation.
