Week 3 in NCTU meant a week of getting used to lessons and attending a myriad of student club welcome parties ( 迎新会 as they call it). It is also the time when one has already travelled out to the city centre to explore what is in store.
The Hsinchu City centre is the place to go for all things shopping in Hsinchu. Although I must say, the prices were not any cheaper.
