First week in hanyang/Korea have been pretty relaxing. Slowly settling into the environment & getting used to not understanding what people are saying.
In the first week of school, lessons were mainly focusing on the introduction as it is normal for students to attend the first class before deciding to drop the module or take it. Attendance wasn’t taken too because of that. As none of us who was going to hanyang actually attended the first orientation, we attended the make up orientation to understand more about things like arc application, rules & regulations etc.
Also, the university also have programmes organized by Hanyang global lions for the exchange students. They have a buddy program called HY-buddy where we are grouped with a Korean student.
Hanyang global lions also held an orientation for the exchange students where we get to play games and interact with fellow exchange students.
