Greetings from Taiwan, Taipei. I’ve arrived in Taipei, and I am in love with city. NTU has a beautiful campus. The most distinctive feature is the lush palm trees that lead you into the school (see the pic at the top). It’s a welcoming sight as you arrive to school every morning.

Food Highlights
The two things that stands out in the city are the people and food. Taiwanese people are one of the kindest and most helpful people out there. I’m grateful for the hospitality. Food is amazing here, amazing food that goes to the soul. The best food in Taiwan has to be the street food. The night market is where you would discover a gastronomical delight. Here are some food highlights, these are the food that I didn’t know I needed in my life:
Oyster Omelette

I believe I found this stall near Shuanglian station, and I never knew how much I needed Taiwanese Oyster Omelette in my life. Oyster Omelette is Taiwanese Oyster Omelette is distinctively different from Singaporean Oyster Omelette. The most distinctive difference is that this oyster omelette is drenched with a brown sauce which I believe is some abalone or oyster sauce. The umami and flavor is amazing. It is a flavor explosion which will leave you craving for more.
Yong Kang Beef Noodles

Have you tasted perfect beef noodles? This bowl was perfect. Goes straight to the soul. The noodles was on point. The beef was juicy and succulent, stewed to perfection. Words cannot describe this, it was simply amazing. The combination of spices and sauces gives an enriching aroma that makes you feel complete. Simply life changing. I will definitely eat this once more in the near future.
Ultra Taiwan #OneLove
Greetings from the Ultra family. Peace, Love, Unity, and Respect completed the first week. Agrim joined me for the weekend for a memorable experience. We met up with Damien, the man, theVODM, the Voice of Dance Music who got us passes to enter the show. We went backstage and met a bunch of amazing people.

It was raining heavily, but this didn’t kill the mood. Everyone had an enjoyable time in the pouring rain. There was no hate, only positivity, as peace, love, unity, and respect united us all.

Conclusions
I’m looking forward to my experience in Taiwan. Stay tuned for more updates. Before I end, here’s a snippet from Ultra Taiwan, Don’t You Worry Child as played by 1/3 of the Swedish House Mafia, Steve Angello. To all you out there, there’s a plan for you, never give up on you dreams. Thanks for reading and have a great day!
