Its been 1 week since we came to China. We have made good progress in getting to know the place well. The streets around the hostel doesn’t seem as foreign anymore. Eating at the school canteen was quickly replaced with trips to the back alley where more delicious food were sold. And places of importance were dutifully noted in my memory; Taobao collection area.
However, there was still much to learn. Crossing roads still presented a level of fear. I need to learn how to TaoBao and Waimai. I’ve got to adjust my body clock if i want to be on time for classes.
