Getting closer to the deadline of the shoe submission (in 2 weeks) , I met my TA to finalise a design. Even after getting really familiarized with Fusion360, it still took me two whole days to finish modelling the design. It is a shoe sole that incorporates TCM foot massage pressure points.
Adding the patterns of the pressure points took up most of the time.
Looking at the screen for twelve hours straight a day is pretty tiring, only taking toilet breaks and meals in between. However, I have to say that I am pretty pleased with the final result. I then sent it to my TA for 3D printing. After that, we ordered electronic components on the god-sent and powerful Taobao. The electronic components are to be used to apply the pressure points on the feet.
